As you continue to work through the impact of the recent storms and subsequent flooding events, NORCAL Mutual Insurance Company, and its subsidiary companies, will be offering premium relief for any payments due between March 2 and May 2. We want to ensure our policyholders are able to focus on bringing stability back to their homes and practices without any disruption of coverage.
Any premium payment due between March 2 and May 2 will be adjusted with a new due date of May 3. Accounts that are enrolled in automatic payment withdrawals via ACH will continue as scheduled; however, if you would like to delay payment until May 3, please contact Customer Service and we will honor this request. Additionally, no Notices of Cancellation for non-payment of premium will be issued during this grace period. Any such Notices of Cancellation that were generated on or after Friday, March 2 have been lifted.
