MyBOOK Users Will be Transitioned to the ProAssurance Secure Services Portal April 3, 2023

Continue to MyBOOK

What do i need to do now?

No action is necessary at this point and you can continue to access your account and policy information via MyBOOK. All current user accounts within NORCAL Group’s MyBOOK will be migrated into ProAssurance’s Secure Services Portal (SSP) on April 1, 2023. Starting April 3, 2023, users will be redirected to the ProAssurance SSP.

What will I need to do starting april 3, 2023?

Existing links to MyBOOK will automatically redirect you to the ProAssurance SSP starting April 3, 2023.

NORCAL customers who had a username and password set up on MyBOOK will simply need to provide the email address associated with their MyBOOK login and perform a password reset, as well as set up multi-factor authentication for security.

Those who never set up a MyBOOK login will be directed to set up a new ProAssurance SSP account to access the platform and gain access to their account/policy information and services.

How is the SSP different?

All important account/policy information and services* currently available to NORCAL Group agents in MyBOOK will be available within the ProAssurance SSP – including access to policy information and documents, billing and payment information, Risk Management course activity and opportunities, and more.

As a benefit, there will be additional safeguards like multi-factor authentication to enhance data security and protection of personal information.

*Policyholders with a NORCAL Specialty Insurance Company policy will only have access to Risk Management course offerings.

When will this happen?

NORCAL MyBOOK will be unavailable starting at 5:00 p.m. CT on Thursday, March 30, 2023 while the transition of users occurs over that weekend.

Users visiting the NORCAL MyBOOK login page on Monday, April 3, 2023 will be redirected to the ProAssurance SSP to begin accessing online account and policy management services there.

What if I still need help?

Online help articles will be made available to address frequently asked questions around the transition, and our Customer Support team will also be ready to assist with any questions or issues that arise.

In the meantime, if you have questions or concerns about your MyBOOK access, you can contact customer service at 844-466-7225.
