As our California policyholders recover from the devastating effects of the wildfires, NORCAL has extended premium payment due dates for all policyholders in designated wildfire disaster counties to ensure they are able to work through the aftermath without any disruption of coverage.
Any premium installment payment due between Oct. 17 through Dec. 2 will be adjusted with a new due date of Dec. 3. Accounts that are enrolled in automatic payment withdrawals via ACH will continue as scheduled; however, if the policyholder would like to delay payment until Dec. 3, they may contact Customer Service.
Additionally, no Notices of Cancellation will be issued during this grace period. Any Notices of Cancellation that were generated on or after Oct. 9 have been lifted.
Currently the counties that have been declared as disaster areas are: Butte, Lake, Mendocino, Napa, Nevada, Orange, Solano, Sonoma, Yuba
