*Effective February 1, 2022 policyholders choosing to pay by credit card or PayPal will pay a 2.95% convenience fee. The convenience fee will be available for review before acceptance when paying online or by phone. To avoid the convenience fee, you need to change your payment method to ACH. If you enroll in AutoPay via bank draft, your payment schedule will be automatically set to monthly.
