Mar 29, 2017

NORCAL Mutual Insurance Company’s national expansion continues with the offering of medical professional liability insurance to physicians and health care providers in Colorado and Minnesota.

These latest states extend NORCAL’s national footprint to 35 states. Colorado physicians have access to NORCAL’s health care professional policy with extensive cyber liability and administrative defense coverage, and Minnesota physicians will begin to have the option for coverage beginning April 1.

“For more than 40 years, NORCAL has protected the reputations of health care professionals by providing the highest quality MPLI products and services. We are excited to bring our national strength and local expertise to support the medical communities in Colorado and Minnesota,” Senior Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer Ron Rumin said.

NORCAL Mutual and its subsidiaries insure more than 30,000 physicians nationwide and offer exclusive continuing medical education learning opportunities to help safeguard policyholder practices.
