NORCAL Group is committed to the health and safety of our personnel and minimizing interruptions to our customers as the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak continues to spread throughout the communities where we all live and work. In line with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), we are currently utilizing remote work for staff in all NORCAL Group office locations.

All services are available to insureds, and we are steadfast in our pledge to meet your needs during these times that are particularly challenging for healthcare providers. You can access service and support in multiple ways:

  • Manage your policies and accounts online via MyACCOUNT. You can view or pay your bill, access policy documents, or request account information. You can also report a claim online.

  • Contact us by phone at 844.466.7225. You can make a payment, get connected to our Risk Management team, or ask a question.

  • If you work with an agent, you can contact them directly by phone or email.

  • Risk Management resources specific to COVID-19 are available to support the protection of both patients and healthcare personnel.
