PANDEMIC: COVID-19 RESOURCES & UPDATES

COVID-19 Practice Modifications & Temporary Practice Closure

Posted/Updated on 4/18/20 4:51 PM

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced healthcare providers to consider practice modifications including reducing services and/or operating hours, postponing elective and non-urgent procedures, and temporarily closing the practice.

Some physicians are finding that they do not have the capacity to deliver care by telehealth, or they have confronted other challenges that prohibit their ability to practice at all (e.g., restrictions on performing elective or non-essential procedures), and they have made the decision to temporarily close their practices.
