NORCAL Mutual Acquires Renewal Rights from Pennsylvania Physicians’ Reciprocal Insurers (PA PRI)
Mechanicsburg, PA (February 6, 2014)— NORCAL Mutual Insurance Company has reached an agreement with Physicians Reciprocal Managers, Inc., and Professional Medical Administrators, LLC to purchase the renewal rights of Pennsylvania Physicians Reciprocal Insurers (PA PRI), a reciprocal insurance company. PMSLIC Insurance Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of NORCAL Mutual, will offer renewal terms to PA PRI insureds beginning April 1, 2014.
